These general conditions apply to every offer of mf-race.shop. Just before confirming an order we give the opportunity to look into it. These conditions state what we do for you and what we expect from you.
mf-race.shop guarantees that the delivered product meets the agreement and meets the specifications stated in the offer.
All orders made via the webshop, by E-mail or via the Facebook chat are confirmed by e-mail.
Right of withdrawal
If the delivered product does not meet the expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Of course in undamaged and unused condition. In consultation we will send a replacement product, a voucher for a next order or you will receive your payment within 3 days.
Obligations during the cooling-off period
During the cooling-off period you may unpack or use the product as you would in the store. If you use the product that it is no longer in mint condition, it is possible that you will receive less money for the product.

By default, all orders are paid by order.
In some cases it can be agreed to pay a deposit up to a maximum of 50% of the total order amount. The remaining part can then be paid before or upon delivery.
